We strive to create the highest quality products that deliver the best experiences for our consumers. All of our products harness the “Entourage Effect,” the synergistic relationship between cannabinoids, terpenes, and all other beneficial compounds present in carefully cured cannabis. Unlike other extraction methods that attempt to separate and recombine some of these compounds, ours preserve the relationships between them in order to deliver the most complete experience that cannabis can provide. This recognition of the natural integrity of the plant is at the heart of our commitment to quality.
Traditional Style Hashish
Flashka Traditional Style Hashish uses a “No Water. No Solvent. No Heat.” hand screening and press process to preserve intact, sun-ripened trichomes that deliver the full effect of cured cannabis. Our Hashish is made from strain specific craft small batches of outdoor, full-term material sourced from legacy Nevada County cultivators. Many of our partner cultivators are SUN+EARTH certified, O-CAL certified, or both.
We start with cured cannabis handpicked on the farm, then store the cannabis in conditions that replicate the environment of traditional hashish making regions at harvest time. We mechanically separate and hand screen ripe trichomes, then cure the resulting powder for an indefinite time until it reaches peak flavor. We then press the powder into 1g or 2g units and finish every unit with a hand stamped Flashka bolt of quality.
Full Extract Cannabis Oil
Floracy Full Extract Cannabis Oil is made using a cold ethanol extraction to capture the full profile of cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and other minor compounds present in cured cannabis. Our FECO contains a blend craft small batches of outdoor, full-term material sourced from legacy Nevada County cultivators. Many of our partner cultivators are SUN+EARTH certified, O-CAL certified, or both.
We start with cured cannabis in a centrifuge, then soak the material in -40°C ethanol. The centrifuge spinout yields an ethanol and cannabis oil mixture that we filter to remove any fats or plant matter. We then remove the ethanol from the cannabis oil using vacuum and heat before decarboxylating the oil to make it orally consumable.
Full Extract Cannabis Oil + Sesame Oil Tincture
Inspired by traditional herbalism and modern science we use high proof cane alcohol (ethanol) to extract all the healing compounds available in the Cannabis flowers. Alcohol is a special solvent which collects cannabinoids and terpenes, as well as the lesser-known phenolic compounds (flavonoids, stilbenoids, lignans and more). The synergy between these parts is what makes a truly therapeutic experience.
We source Sesame Seed Oil that is unrefined, organic and unlike any other of its kind. While most cold pressed sesame seed oils are pressed at temperatures over 200 degrees F, the sesame oil used in our formulas never reaches temperatures above 104 degrees to preserve its valuable phytonutrients. It’s neither roasted or toasted and offers a mild, nutty flavor. This flavor profile pairs fantastically with the aromatics in the Cannabis oil.
Multiple studies have shown that sesame oil exponentially improves the absorption of cannabis compounds into the bloodstream and lymph system (up to six times more than MCT oil).
